We did not see any markings on the barrel cluster

and the belt scabbard is also in great shape

This is a lovely & hard to find WWII Enlisted garrison cap for a soldier in the Airborne Glider Infantry. There is a period applied Glider patch on the left side, with great blue infantry piping on the cap. The interior has the original tag which denotes the size as 7. The sweatband is a bit warped but is in good overall condition. A great example, ready for further research and display.
