This is the personal sword and a genuine signed photograph of Sir Arthur Solly Flood, son of Major General Sir Frederick Richard Solly Flood K. C. B. was born on 1871. Commissioned into the South Lancashire Regiment in 1891, saw service in the South African Boer War 1899 1902, General Staff Officer 1906 1908 served in Egypt 1909 1913. He then served in World War One becoming a Major General himself. After WW1 he served
