This is a nice example of a German Krimschild metal shield award, which has been removed from a uniform, so at present there is no fabric included. The shield is in good shape, but does show plating loss and some rust, as these are made with brass plated steel. The back plate is also missing, and the bottom two of the four clips has broken off.
